HOTELS SPEKERÖDS BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL
You and the hotel agree to the terms of the room rent. The name of the company that operates the hotel (hereinafter ”Hotell Spekeröd” or ”the hotel”) and with which you enter an agreement is stated in the booking confirmation. Unless a special agreement has been reached, the following rules apply. For conferences and group bookings, special rules apply.
BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
A booking is binding as soon as it has been confirmed and you have received a reservation number. This can be done verbally, in writing or via booking system. At the time of booking, you are required to state the name, address, arrival and departure time and how to pay.
BOOKING OF A MINOR WITHOUT THE GOALKEEPER’S COMPANY
To book a room at Hotell Spekeröd you must be at least 18 years old. You who book the room for a minor are responsible regardless of whether you live or do not live with the underage in the room.
Bring guests to the hotel room
For security reasons, we only allow our employees and checked guests to stay free in hotel rooms or other reserved premises.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in and check-out times vary depending on the reservation and price range. In general the checkin time is 15:00 and the checkout time is 11:00.
CANCELLATION AND DELIVERY ARRIVAL
Cancellation policy varies according to the price you have booked. Unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking or the price you have chosen, other rules must be canceled by 18:00 (local time of the hotel) on the day before arrival. If you cancel without cancellation or cancel later than 18:00, you will be charged for a day. If the hotel had special costs due to your order, you may also replace these.
EARLY DEPARTURE AND STAY AT THE OBJECTIVE TIME
If your booking applies for a specific period of time, but departure will be subject to price adjustments. Please contact the hotel and notify your departure. If you stay in the hotel for an indefinite period and extend your stay for a day at a time, you must notify your departure by 18:00 the day before. Otherwise, we are entitled to charge for an extra day. If the hotel can no longer let you in the room, you are entitled to know this no later than 18:00 the day before your departure.
ACCOUNT AND CREDIT CARD
The hotel accepts the most commonly used credit cards. However, the hotel is not required to accept credit cards, checks, coupons or foreign currency if the hotel has not offered to do so.
YOUR OWN SAFETY
Always find out where emergency exits, alarms and fire extinguishers are available. Look for details in the information inside the hotel room door.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Hotell Spekeröd deals with personal information about those who use our services and products. Hotell Spekeröd is personally responsible for personal information related to your booking. Such personal data processing takes place in accordance with Hotell Spekeröd’s Privacy Policy. valuables or luggage unattended at check in / check out, breakfast or when waiting for taxi. The hotel has no strict responsibility for property that you keep in the hotel room or in other areas. PAYMENT For certain rates, advance payment applies. This amount is charged to the final bill. If you cancel your room without regard to the cancellation policy, the hotel reserves the right to maintain the booking fee / prepayment.
